USAGE:
В соответствии со значением предлогов at и in (см. USAGE at) после глагола to arrive и существительного arrival употребляется at, когда речь идет о точке в пространстве (небольшое селение, точно указанное место, дом, учреждение), а также при переносном употреблении to arrive, как в to arrive at a decision принять решение. Предлог in употребляется после to arrive и arrival, если речь идет о прибытии в большой населенный пункт, страну, на континент: to arrive (the arrival) in London (in England, in Europe) приехать (приезд) в Лондон (в Англию, в еЕвропу).
